Hello Event Coordinators,
Thank you for your patience, feedback, and input as we continue to improve the newly launched AnyRegistration platform. Your insights are helping shape a smoother, more effective event experience for everyone.  As you dive into managing your upcoming events in the new system, here are a few important best practices and reminders:

BEST PRACTICES
> Set up registration notifications in ‘My Profile’ from the Main Menu to stay informed of registrations. The Daily Digest is a notification you can opt to receive.

> Approve sponsorships within the Sponsor Setup tab—or enable auto-approval, if preferred. This approval promotes their logo to the public page.

> Add a Goods and Services value to each sponsorship option to ensure invoices display accurate event totals.

> When creating an event registration page, keep it in 'Draft' mode until ready to activate. Once 'Active', event details and registrations will sync with Dynamics CRM, enabling PowerBi reports to show registrations and adding the event to websites. To keep the event private and not displayed on websites, mark it as private in AnyRegistration.

REMINDERS/TIPS
> Remember that the Image Builder is still in Beta—use it with that in mind as you create event registration pages.

> View/pull a report of your registrants (people) using one of three views (Simple, More Details, Everything) - here's how.

> Review the training guides ahead of your next event to get comfortable with the new tool. 

> Don't forget to submit your event results on AnyRegistration ASAP following your event.
