Summary
AnyRegistration Platform Introduction
Sean introduced a new event solution platform called AnyRegistration, emphasizing the ministry's goal to simplify, unify, and multiply efforts. Missy explained the development of the platform, highlighting feedback from event coordinators and the partnership with Scott Juranek, the founder of AnyRegistration. She outlined the platform's benefits and new functionalities, addressing key concerns such as marketing, registration management, and sponsorships. The team plans to discuss further enhancements and provide training in a follow-up meeting in June.
AnyRegistration: Event Management Upgrade
Missy presented an overview of AnyRegistration, a new system replacing Eventbrite for event management. She highlighted key benefits including increased autonomy, automation, and time-saving features such as automated refunds and sponsor invoicing. The system offers streamlined processes for event creation, sponsorships, and table guest management. Missy also introduced new marketing capabilities like text reminders and social media integration, as well as upcoming features like name tag printing and customizable event banners.
AnyRegistration Platform Demo
The platform will integrate with Dynamics and Power BI, allowing event data to flow into the system and populate reports. Missy demonstrated key features including event registration, check-in capabilities, and post-event feedback collection. The platform will be available for testing before launch, with fees matching Eventbrite’s, and does not require an updated website to use. The system will send event reminders before the event and will automatically generate a post-event request to event coordinators for event results.
Missy demonstrated the new event management platform, showcasing features like expedited registration, sponsor pages, and donation options. She highlighted the platform's customization capabilities, allowing different areas to tailor messaging and processes to their needs. The group discussed questions about event link customization, phone number collection, sponsor amounts, and creating digital landing pages. Missy explained that events currently set up in Eventbrite would need to be manually transitioned to the new platform, and she addressed questions about registration questions, surveys, and additional attendee information fields. Missy clarified that events with registrations already in Eventbrite would remain there, while new events would be transitioned to the new system after July 1st. The team also addressed questions about invoice itemization and contact record creation, with Matt explaining that the system primarily uses email addresses for record identification.
Event Platform Marketing Capabilities
The team discussed the marketing capabilities of their event platform compared to Eventbrite, noting that while Eventbrite has global SEO, their platform offers better control over associated events. They confirmed that event reminders can be scheduled in advance and that additional events will appear at the bottom of registration pages without requiring re-entry of payment information. The team also addressed feedback features, with Bryan suggesting the implementation of a two-question feedback form for participants, which Missy confirmed was being considered, and discussed the ability to add registration questions and additional attendee information fields.
