You have questions. We have answers.

Where and how do I begin using this System?
You access our event solution tool by navigating to https://events.cbmc.com/login.
A great place to start learning about the system and training is located here: Training Plan.

What is the quickest way to create an event?
The quickest way to create an event would be to clone a previous event. Here's how.

How do I manage sponsorships and Donations in this new system?
You can set up sponsorships and donations from the event dashboard.

How do I manage invoicing on registration options?
You can enable or disable invoicing for registration options. By following the steps outlined in the Scribe HERE, you can easily allow attendees to register without upfront payment, enhancing flexibility in your registration process. Additionally, the Scribe explains how to view and resend invoices, ensuring effective communication with participants.

How does this new system help me with table registrations?
This system was designed, in part, to assist event coordinators with managing table registrations. During event setup, tables can be easily  selected as a registration option, and once registered, table organizers can manage their own tables independently.

How can I ensure that visitors can or cannot see the event displayed on my site?

Make sure the event is either labeled private or public.

Can I manually add an attendee or edit an order?
You can easily do both from the specific event’s dashboard. Click here to learn about manually adding an attendee or here to edit a pre-existing order.

How do I ensure that I collect the data from the event to be analyzed later?
You do this by submitting your event results from the event’s dashboard.

What if I have suggestions, comments, or concerns about this new system?
The events dashboard has a responsive feedback button where you can submit any reactions you have to this system. You can also email reactions to events@cbmc.com or support@cbmc.com. We are blessed to work closely with the platform’s developer. He is a like-minded CBMCer who wants to see the ministry flourish.
