A CBMC event is a recognized ministry activity that operates under CBMC’s organizational processes, oversight, and reporting standards. These events represent CBMC publicly and require centralized operational support for items such as attendee tracking, financial accountability, compliance documentation, and donor stewardship. If an event requires attendance reporting, tax receipts for donations/sponsorships, venue certificates of insurance, speaker/vendor payment processing, or other organizational compliance measures, it is considered a CBMC event. Activities that do not require these organizational services are considered partnered events or local-area activities and are managed independently outside of official CBMC event reporting.
