New Event Coordinator Track

The Event Coordinator Track provides a clear, guided path for new coordinators to become confident and proficient in managing events using CBMC’s tools and systems. Beginning with HR validation and role setup, coordinators are introduced to essential event resources, guided through a structured self-paced training plan, and progressively equipped with greater permissions and capabilities.

Each stage—Validated, Launched, Tracked, and Advanced—marks measurable growth in skills, access, and autonomy, ensuring every Event Coordinator is fully supported from their first login to advanced event leadership.
