We are excited to announce the return of our CBMC Staff-Only Men’s Retreat! Many of you joined us for the 2024 East Meets West Staff Retreat in Deerfield Beach, Florida—an incredible time of fellowship and connection with peers from across the country.
For 2026, we’ll gather along the beautiful Gulf Shores of Alabama for another powerful time together.
🎯 What to Expect: Working with some of you Area Directors, we’ll create an experience of reflection, recharging, rejuvenation, relationship building, visioning, and growth-focused conversation.
💰 Cost: All expenses related to this event are to be covered by each attendee’s staff budget.

DETAILS
Transportation: Each attendee is responsible for their own travel arrangements and costs.
Lodging/Food/Expenses: On a first-come basis at The Master’s Inn, single occupancy, $650 and $450 double occupancy. 12 rooms are available at the Master’s Inn, most with double occupancy option. Depending on the number of attendees, additional rooms will be available either at nearby hotels or on the golf course property- pricing to be similar. All daily gatherings will take place at The Master’s Inn.
Miscellaneous: $50 estimated.
Wives: This retreat is specifically for staff men. The towns of Spanish Fort and Dafne are both about 20 minutes away from The Master’s Inn. For those that would have their wife attend, keep in mind that staff men will be together from 4pm-10pm Tuesday, 8am-10pm Wednesday, and 8am-11am Thursday. Note: there will be no planned activities for spouses.
